This is a little overdue, but I had to mention that I am completely done with both of my theses! (You can see the prezi from my Spanish defense here, if you're that interested). My thesis is entitled, "The Role of Female Archetypes in Byron's Don Juan and Becquer's Rimas). It has been over a year in progress between coming up with a proposal and putting it all together (in two different languages, no less!), and I. am. done. I got honors on my Spanish one, and while I have not heard back about my grade on my English one, I know that it was approved so I at least passed. The above is another Spanish major and myself out to a celebratory lunch with our advisors! I actually enjoyed writing my thesis with my advisor, and I'm going to miss her next year.

23. Run a Whole 5K
So last weekend after spending Friday into Saturday at Relay 4 Life, I woke-up late morning Saturday to drive with my sorority sisters down to Ocean City, MD to participate in Susan G Komen's Race 4 the Cure Sunday morning! And, I managed to run a whole 5K (or 3.1 miles)! It was the first time I ran the whole thing, and even my mom didn't believe me when I called to tell her. Below are some pictures from the morning. It was such a blast, and I'm so proud breast cancer awareness is ZTA's philanthropy.

26. Do something absolutely crazy
So, today I mark one of my fifty things off my list. I did something crazy and auditioned for a play! I haven't auditioned since I was in middle school and was a chorus member in Bye, Bye Birdie. One of the senior theses is doing the play, Bachelorette by Leslye Headland. It inspired a movie of the same name in 2012, and it's on Netflix (pretty funny!). I get stage fright pretty bad, and I've literally never taken an acting class or anything. I did it to do something I've never really done before, and in an area I'm not normally comfortable. I doubt I was cast, but I'll obviously update if they somehow think I did alright!

50 Things in 150 Days
Guys, I'm graduating next semester and subsequently freaking out. There's so much I have accomplished and so much I want to accomplish, and I can't believe it's coming so soon! My friend, Hilary, tweeted about this list she was doing, and I got intrigued. Now the official list from Mackenzie Horan is 101 Things in 1,001 days, and her list is a little more bucket and to-do. Obviously I'm not going to put "Go to Rome" on my list since I have a much smaller deadline. I'll prepare that list after this one. I'm cheating a little by putting this list out there fourteen days early, but so goes life. So, without further ado, the 50 Things I want to accomplish in 150 Days!
